seventeen years

my name is adrii. i'm always tired. i don't usually say anything worth repeating, but i like to think the things i say are funny. i like my boyfriend, and sleeping, and history, and traveling, and i don't care for anything else.

On the road from jacksonville back to sarasota. The last two weeks of summer were spent well, I can’t complain. I’m going to dread being four hours away from Ian, but its bearable.

ian is sleeping hard. his head is on mine. his hair is suffocating me. its nice.

I’ve been getting a little frustrated at myself due to my lack of upkeep on this Tumblr account. I figured, why have one and waste valuable internet space when I can just delete it. And then I realize why I don’t get on this as much as before. It’s because all everyone ever posts is

a. a complaint

or

b. a picture of some random people partying.

and I take full responsibility because I also am guilty of doing this, but some of you excess a bit. I understand the motives behind lurking the shit out of some obscure tumblr user and thinking what they post is alright, so by default, you repost, to keep the thread going. But when it comes to a certain point when you can’t take your own god damn photo of a rainy day and you have to use someone elses, it gets stupid.

This is why I don’t keep up with this. Because if I can’t get a handle on you problems as you post them on facebook, I can’t here. Nor can I understand the reasoning behind reposting a giant banner saying “Fuck da system” that you could have made on paint.

And that, in general, was a giant complaint. So with that said, I’m going to talk about good stuff here. Things I like. And if I post a photo or something, by god, it’ll just be a picture of my beautiful face.

to jacksonville and back with my love and some cool people. out of sarasota for a while which is awesome, but i’ll be back during the week. i like northern florida, i like the woods, and i like the downtowns. it’s nice.
